Rob van Doeselaar made sketches on an iPad of his tropical garden in Mozambique. They will be printed in a book that is published in December 2019. In NO JARDIM Rob also writes about the sketches, the environment and his personal experiences. Portable career
Rob van Doeselaar is an independent artist who has lived and worked in many countries. He faced many different living conditions and cultures.
These experiences and impressions thematically closely relate to his art. They also influenced his style, use of colors and choice of materials.
Rob paints on canvas, paper and wood. He also experiments with iPad art, which he publishes regularly on his blog.
Rob has a passion for painting portraits as well. In 2013 he won a prestigious prize in The Hague for the best portrait of King Willem-Alexander.
